This is my favorite place to eat because of the liver skewers with onions. The service varies but it's always up to par if you know what you want and are the right amount of aggressive. I've eaten here probably over 500 times and it's not always great but it always leaves me satisfied. I always get the same thing here. Soup, liver, French fries and tea. It makes me feel good after a long/bad day. It alleviates me if I have a headache. The cons about this place is slower service and a stench of garlic on your clothes after you leave and some days post Arzu. I give this place 5 stars not because it's the greatest place to others but because it holds near and dear to my heart. And the way it does that is through my stomach (because that's the way to every man's heart, right?)
Study the menu before you come here and order right away. You won't be disappointed by the flavors... just don't wear your expensive clothes! -

This is an Uzbek, Kosher restaurant on Queens blvd. It's a family owned business.
It holds around 50-60 people. There is no such thing about decoration. Tables, chairs and thats it.
But with the food you can expect many things. Their dumpling soup is really good with meat broth and vegetables.
Fresh cut French fries comes with some chopped garlic.
Babaganush is a nice blend, smoked eggplant, garlic, tahini.
Grilled liver is really good, ask for cook it well, because they serve you a little under cooked.
Grilled meat dishes are fantastic, lamb shish, lamb lula and chicken lula kebabs.
They also served some grilled bread with our food and the servers were very attentive. -

Food is really good. Really liked the lamb kabobs, lamb lula, salad and lagman soup. We also had the salmon and sea bass kabobs which are a great options for pescatarians. The sea bass was melt in your mouth delicious. The ravioli's are like Asian dumplings with beef. We enjoyed our meal and service was good. We will come back again!

The food is good, but the service is AWFUL!! We asked for another plate of babaganoush, and she wanted to use our same plate so she doesn't have to get another one....we were still eating off that plate. The place was kind of empty, so it's not like they needed plates for other customers. Then, she brought out our meat....no knives. We had to ask another waitress for them because our waitress was standing on the corner ignoring us....never even asked if everything was okay w/ our food. Then, when we asked for knives, she brought 1 for the three of us. Is this establishment running short of silverware or something? Also, noticed my beef shish kabob was nothing but fatty meat Not sure what's going on here, but business management is not good.

I've been going here since a kid and let me say, I've seen the decline in service. The waitresses used to talkative and caring, always checking on the table and providing excellent service. Now they dont even smile when they approach the table. They don't ask how your food is. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. BUT THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS. FOOD: 5 STARS ... SERVICE: 1 STAR. there's no place that compares so I will still come back. And just a heads up. If you order takeout, check your order in the store. I was missing 1 order of chicken shish kebab and I realized only when I got home (about 20 minute drive away) I called to let them know and the woman who took my order accused me of lying. She said that she saw me check the bag and that she put it in there. Everyone makes mistakes. If she forget to pack it, I am more than understanding. I know what it's like to work in the food industry. But to accuse me of lying is unacceptable.
